At Fantasy Fragrance Company, we want you to be enchanted by your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't capture your imagination, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fragrance in its original decorative box and outer shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our scent artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
